As other chores becoming overhelming, I find it very difficult to focus in any of them and on the verge of giving up at least few of the commitments before it is too late for all, I happened to read the following article which is somewhat relevant to one of the commitments which makes me bit uncomfortable as it virtually makes it impossible to drop the GSoC commitment, worsen by quoting me in the article with an emphasis on being modest in giving the credit back to the university.

The University of Moratuwa (UoM) ranked as the 11th best University in the South Asian region, has made yet another significant achievement in the international arena, to add to its glamour.

Let me start the series of posts (which will be abridged at the end) related to GSOC 2008 with the program logo that was released few hours back by the program manager LH 

Google has officially announced GSOC 2008! This time more than 130 organizations and 1000 students are expected to be absorbed and funded.

In order to be helpful to anyone interested in Google Summer of Code (GSOC) projects or the project I did last year (uLink - Autocompletion of links for Drupal, I would like to share the experience here.

Along with Drupal I applied for another project, but I got selected for drupal, perhaps due to the questions asked on my proposal and my prompt reply for them.
