we can be enjoying the fruits of life by living inside out. When we can distinguish the outside influences from the necessary causes and principles and if we can be mindful of what we are doing, our lives will be bliss and we can make other's life magnificent.

I also believe in all the circumstances we have the freedom to choose, and thus, whatever happens to us is chosen by us, hence we are liable. From minority in ethnicity of country where the ongoing civil war clearly spreads its armed hands over everyone especially on those minorities, I believe I could survive, grow improve and thrive as it is my decisions which are going to affect me.

For instance, I never worried about political aspects, and never believe in media propaganda but I do believe I can survive at any situation if I am mindful of what I am doing and aware of the potential I have. Then even when I am caught up in trouble, I could always get out if I conduct inside out living.

Kindness is more general than Love and its presence is profound in many situations for the betterment of the individual and the society. As a person, who couldn’t benefit of the two above mentioned principles, I’m discussing here how I failed to possess the two principles, consequences followed, what I am going to do now onwards and what will be the impacts if I fail to do so.

As part of my engineering degree, we follow a module in meditation this time. Although we sit on a cushion chair, and rooms powered with six fluorescent lamps and four ceiling fans to provide enough ventilation and fresh air, the teaching method is kind of old-master and disciple method and mostly consists of analogies and moral stories.

This week we learned Aanan Paana Sathiya (in Pali) means Mindfulness of respirations. We sit in a comfortable posture eyes closed, with our spine erect but not rigid. We start by taking a deep breathe, but only once followed by focusing on breathe without deliberately control that.
